Round 1 – Application Review

Round 2 – Interview

Selected candidates will be invited to participate in either an in-person or Zoom interview.

Round 3 – Paid Field Evaluation

Final candidates will be invited to join our team for a paid day onsite. This allows both the candidate and Take Off Photography to evaluate fit, communication style, professionalism, safety awareness, and ability to work within our team and client environments.
